I strongly question some very dubious staff appointments, absolutely unsuited to influencing young students. And the behaviour of some pupils of this school down at the hockey turf leaves much to be desired.

IB코스를 제공하며 뉴질랜드 남쪽 지역에서는 나름대로 유명한 남자 중고등학교 입니다. 더니든에서 비교적 깨끗한 동네인 마오리힐에 위치하고 있어 주변 환경도 좋고 시내중심까지 걸어서 15분이면 가능하지만 돌아올때는 언덕이 심해 조금은 어려울 수도 있습니다. 전반적으로 학교는 아담한 사이즈에 중규모 도시에 조용한 지역에 위하여 주변 환경은 좋습니다. 하지만 가장 중요한 학교 자체를 평가하면 우선 전체적 학생들 학력 수준이 낮고, 최근 점점 더 그 격차가 벌어지고 있는 것 같습니다. 학생들도 문제 이지만 전반적으로 선생님들 수준이 떨어지고 이동이 많아 꾸준한 교육의 질을 유지하기 힘들고, 오래 근무하고 있는 일부 선생님들은 오히려 능력이 떨어져 이직 못하니 버티는것 같은 느낌이 듭니다. 결국 학교 선생님들분위기는 능력이 현저히 떨어지나 정치력으로 버티는 세력위주로 나머지 선생님들은 잠시 거쳐가는 형태로 형성되어 있습니다. 현재도 없고 미래 변화도 기대할 수 없는 조직이 되어있습니다. 특히 외국에서 현지 학생들 보다 비싼 학비내고 이 학교 다닐 이유는 전혀 없는듯 합니다. 리뷰에 별 하나도 아까운 학교 입니다. 마이너스 별점이 있으면 어울리는 학교 이네요...해외에서 유학으로 학업 하기에는 노력과 투자에 비해 많은 손해가 있을것으로 확신합니다.
