When dad passed they were so inviting and caring. They were respective towards our cultural needs and values. Even though we didn’t use them for transportation, embalming, or using their coffin, they gave us a private room to dress dad and prepare him. Thank from the Davis whānau.

When my mum died they left us in the entranceway for twenty five minutes no sorry no would you like a coffee. I asked for five pallbearers there were two in shorts when I got there. When I first went in I had just lost mum yet listened to the lady who was organising mum great goodbye go on about her parents that died three years ago. My mum was a sweet wonderful lady who deserved the best I wanted red white Rose's the tell me on the day can't get them and gave me no choice to pick something else they pick just average bunch of flower's. I felt they didn't care.
