Blair is a rip-off artist, quoted $17k for a job, charged over $30k, charged $22k to replace 11 hydraulic hoses on an excavator, rebuilt a hydraulic motor for me, which had a small leak, it went from a weep before they ‘repaired’ it to a constant stream. This all happened in a short period of time. He will over embellish his skills and experience to get the job, and when it doesn’t work as it should he knows every trick in the book to force you to pay regardless.
