Customer service is shocking. Young women talking to each other at front counter swearing and laughing while doing orders. Not professional. People have been waiting nearly half an hour for their kai and no one apologised for the wait. Not impressed at all with the service.

Service us awesome! Keep it up team.The decor is dated and could do with a revamp to liven and freshen it up which, in turn, would make it more appealing.

Very poor experience. Drive through order, received completely wrong order. After repeating twice. Then repeated order again (VERY small order of 3 things only), waited another 3 minutes and then received another completely wrong order. Then told to park up and wait again so they can make it. Overall had to say my order 5 times. Been here 20 mintues now, in my car, waiting for 3 grilled chicken fillets. Is it really that difficult?

Food pretty good, would be awesome if the drive through had a menu board before you get to the speaker so you don't feel rushed.

No eye contact made with clent who are obviously waiting, really slow barrista coffee not great. Very disappointing.

We had a cracker experience here, fresh hot McNuggets and fries plus they nailed the quarter pounder. The place was incredibly clean and the staff were friendly also, nice work guys.James AshwinKakapo Business Sales
