Joe was a pleasure to deal with. Prompt and professional responses. Also followed up after a short duration after install to check if we were satisfied and had no issues. During install his team was very polite, and considerate about making noise. Once they had finished the installation they also gave information about the roof space, like how and where our fans were ducted in the ceiling, and advised how the unit operates.Our home was left tidy as they did a great job cleaning up, also left no marks around the fittings.Highly recommend if you are looking for a great deal and quality install.

We had our Better Vent installed last week - prior to that our home was extremely wet, with huge droplets of condensation on the windows every day. Since the installation, we had one day of minimal condensation and NO condensation other days. The house also feels much warmer. Joe was so helpful, even responding to me outside working hours and the team that came to install extremely helpful and efficient. On top of the amazing customer service and quality vent system, this was $1200 CHEAPER than the next cheapest system - I’m so glad I shopped around. We are so grateful and happy. First time coming back into the house I could feel something was different in the air in a good way. It was a cold day and there was no need for heater, even with single glaze joinery, kept an even temperature with no need for buttons or controls. Then in the morning, zero condensation, awesome product, great price.

We ordered the Bettervent system and it was installed within 3 weeks! We no longer have condensation on our windows even on a crisp negative 3 degree morning! Thank you Bettervent for the quiet unobtrusive system.... highly recommended!

We had a unit installed last week and the difference it has made is incredible! The house is so much warmer and drier - to the point where we don’t need to use our heat pump as often and no longer need extra heaters in the kids bedrooms at night. It’s also stopped all the condensation on the windows which was our main reason for getting the unit. The tradesmen who installed the unit were also fantastic - very friendly and professional. Great service and great product! 100% recommend.

So happy with my Better Vent - the house was literally dried out after less than 24 hours, no more wet windows, have hardly had to use the heat pump since installation. 5 vents were installed in less than 2 hours. Excellent customer service and friendly installers. Great value for money, highly recommended!

Finally put a ventilation system in after years of wiping condensation off the bedroom windows each morning during winter. Better Vent system made such a difference from the first night it was installed. The house feels much dryer and healthier and the unit is so quiet we forget it's there. We also asked them to put an extractor fan in the bathroom and an external vent for the dryer which they did the same day.Something wasn't quite right with our system initially due to the peculiarities of our house. When I let Joe know he came back to diagnose the problem and make adjustments, then followed up and returned again to make sure it was working 100% right. Fantastic after-sales service.Condensation is gone. Wish we’d installed one years ago. Great product, great price. Glad we went with Better Vent instead of the established players with more expensive systems.

I was hesitant to go with this company being so new and so much cheaper than other systems in my Palmerston North area but I am so glad I did. It was easy to set up, they installed on the weekend for me and the installer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about where to put the vents and where the filters are to be changed. The next day I had minimum condensation in one room and within two days I had no more crying windows (which were really bad) and the house was considerably warmer. I can not hear the system working (which I could with another system I had installed into another house) and the workmanship was clean and tidy. Totally recommend this system and company, you won't be disappointed.
