Very disappointed with how they treat the customers there. The man just told me to get lost and come back in half an hour because he wanted to have lunch which he had not have for a month. Do not make appointments with customers when you are hungry Nick. You should change the name to Addicted to burger. Shame on you. Minus two star for this one.

Excellent service from Nick at the Auckland store.I ordered my Naim Audio streamer and it arrived on my doorstep from the Australian warehouse in a matter of days. It would have arrived even sooner, but I was away from home for a few days so Nick delayed the dispatch until after the weekend so I could be home to receive my goods.I highly recommend this business for all your audio needs.Thanks Nick.

Highly recommend. Such an invaluable resource to be able to walk into the store and get the undivided attention of an expert. Nick at the Newmarket store is excellent. Every time I have gone in he has answered all my questions, increased my understanding, and found me the perfect product. I purchased a product that went on sale a couple days after purchase and Nick got a refund for the difference sorted in no time.

Very High level of technical knowledge from Nick. I needed some help making sure I was ordering the correct product and Nick filled in all the blanks. The audeze maxwell headset is just tops. I was in need of a new set of headphones and a new headphone amp as my present one had passed its use. I wear a hearing aid and have special requirements when it comes to sounds. My hearing is quite poor compared to the average person. Nick was most helpful and able to suggest items to fit my budget and sound requirements. I purchased the Shiit Magni Heresy headphone amp - What a little beauty with plenty of power for my hearing loss, along with Sennheiser 599 headphones. I do recommend if you are in need of new hifi gear to take a look at Addicted to Audio.

I recently bought a Matrix DAC from Addicted to Audio and the customer service was excellent. Within hours of my online order I began receiving progress notifications and the equipment was shipped from Australia by that evening. I received the DAC three days later in New Zealand. Nick from the Auckland store was also very helpful with some questions I had. Best of all, the DAC sounds great. All in all a very professional process. Thanks

Went to a website with an NZ domain, for a business I knew had a physical store in Auckland NZ, completed checkout process paying in NZ dollars and NZ shipping prices.Wasn't expecting fast shipping because I ordered leading up to Christmas, but was expecting domestic shipping times at least so was surprised when I received tracking information that goods were sent from Australia, and naturally took weeks to arrive.They have this on their shipping page but I do not believe this is something the average consumer would pore through in detail, or that it would be difficult to display a quick Goods sent from Australia" at any point in the checkout process."
