My fries were half full, they forgot the sauce and took a while for food to be made. Takeaway bags weren’t even given. Some chips were also not cooked properly.

Astonishingly bad lunch service. My friend and I waited over 45 minutes for our burgers, no disclosure at the till of the wait-time. For a place that services people on there lunch breaks, they need to be clear about any delays. It appears they are taking on too many orders at once, with a list of receipts spanning across the entire counter. When we received the burgers the chicken was most deep-fried batter with very little actual meat. There is no way I will be returning anytime soon.

I ordered such a small little order to try and be in and out super fast as there wasn't many people in the store. The longest wait ever, and that's coming from someone with years of experience in Hospitality. The fries are okay, nothing exciting. But the chicken has an almost dust like consistency to the coating, just a really unlikable flavour. I probably wouldn't eat here again.

Ordered single smash. Patty was bland, no salt or pepper on it. The sauce is just ketchup and mustard, very uninspiring. The wait time was 20 minutes which is quite ridiculous. Good number of pickles and decent fries are the only reason for 2 stars.

In a word ... Poor. One of our group made the comment ... even Maccas has more flavour"$22 and a 40 minute wait for a flavorless burger

Overpriced, below average burgers covered in sauce. The wait time for this mediocre burger is not worth it at all. Plenty of other restaurants in the food court you should eat instead.

It’s ironic that their slogan is “The secret is in the sauce” when in this case the sauce is the most bog-standard tomato sauce. I waited 25 mins for an extremely under-whelming single smash burger, which tasted like the most basic burger conceivable - ok pattie, indeterminable cheese, generic tomato sauce, raw red onion and thick cut pickles. The combination of raw ingredients and sauce resulted in a bitter overall flavour.On the positive side, the chips were good.

Given the price you are paying (roughly $20 for a hotdog and chips), the amount of time you have to wait (about 20 minutes), and the quality of the food that comes out (just average), I can't see myself coming back. Literally any alternative in the food court is preferable in terms of time, cost, and quality.

The food was disappointing. The smash burger was too small for the price and way too much sauce. Hot dog sauce was all over the bun not just the frankfurter. And the bun was dry and old. It was the worst I ever had. Give this a miss.
