I went to Ragna to cut my hair for the first time in my life. My hair was pretty long, and the cut I wanted was pretty short. I was very nervous, especially hearing horror stories of other people struggling with finding a good hair stylist after many attempts. But, I was fed up with maintaining my hair and decided to take a leap of faith. I was taken care of by Michaela. She was absolutely lovely! I expressed how nervous and scared I was for my haircut, but she calmed my nerves by reassuring me she would make it worthwhile. She didn't lie! She was very personable and professional. She walked me through her process, and continued to keep me in the loop with what she was doing with my hair and why. I absolutely love my hair cut, and was emotional after seeing the end result because I was so sure I would hate it, but it looked fabulous, and I FELT absolutely fabulous and ready for the new year. I was offered a cup of coffee, which was something I didn't expect from a salon but absolutely LOVED. And, I was sent home with samples! I don't wash my hair with anything else but Head & Shoulders because of how sensitive my scalp is, but the products she gave me smell, feel and work great! I decided that this is my home for all other hair related endeavors. I'm so grateful I got it right on my first try.

Amazing customer service, James and Maia made me feel welcome and comfortable. The haircut didn't disappoint either, James definitely knows what he's doing, in a professional but relaxed atmosphere. And great conversation too!

Rachel was lovely and understood exactly what I meant when I said I only wanted off what needed to be cut, since I'm growing out my hair. I will be returning when I next need a haircut! Thank you so much ♥️

Makayla was amazing! I managed to get a last minute appointment and I’m so in love with it. She was such a personable person and made the experience wonderful. She was knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I wanted. I got a big change for myself other then a trim and I’m so in love with it. Great experience ☺️☺️
