Horrible to deal with. Booked a viewing at 1:25pm and did not receive any confirmation text nor a reminder text from them. We were 7 minutes late and had to called their office before they gave us the agent's number. The agent just responded you were late and did not give us any other alternative viewing time. I drove 30 minutes to the CBD and spent $15 on parking for basically nothing. Very poor management.

Viaduct Harbour Rentals are the really worst people to deal with . Zero professionalism and worst service when it comes to Property . Specially Stacey Sewell she is best worst property manager we deal with . No phone calls , messages and email reply . Took nearly 3 months to give our bond refund after calling her and office for 100 times . End up calling Tenancy tribunal for our rights . Such a terrible experience. Not Recommended to anyone .
