Great storage facility with really good staff. Extremely helpful and supportive. Would recommend this facility to anyone. It's at a great handy location and is very accessible. Been using a storage unit here for the past couple of years and have never had any security issues. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Tracy who is very helpful and understanding.

Good customer service, staff always friendly and ready to help! Conveniently located just off the motorway. Our go to storage place and would recommend it over any of the other competitors.

I decided to go with this place as it was only a few minutes from home and i made the right choice. Signing up for a unit was simple and easy. The staff member took us for a ride on a golf cart they use to get around the complex to show us what unit we were going to get before signing up. They provided us with a map which was very helpful and gave us a rundown of the rules which are straight forward. The units a kept in a spotless condition and with large unit numbers on them. However i feel the place could do with some signage and maybe enforce the rules to remind people not to park in or block driveways, walkways, entries and exits and lift entrances. Did a few trips to my unit today and after coming back down in the lift i couldn't get the trolley out of the lift as someone had parked their car right up close to the lift entrance and on another trip a big truck was blocking the exit of the covered area.

Used this storage space for about a year and a half. Never had any issues with them. The staff were always helpful in email correspondence and in person. The units are very safe and easy to access.

Great location, Great staff, very helpful and so convenient to the motorway. Prices are reasonable and facilities are clean. Definitely use their services again.

I highly recommend this place not only for the security of your belongings, but also for the excellent customer service you get from Tracy. Her quick, prompt and helpful information about everything is excellent. The facility is also super easy to access and it is clean and tidy.

Excellent place and excellent staff.Tracy and her team go out of there way to help and is always in contact with anything to do with our shed and parking. Always just a phone call away and attend to our query straight away. We have been a customer for a few years now and are happy to be there at Papatoetoe with Tracy and her team.

Signing up process was really simple. Girl on the phone was really nice and booked us in to show the storage. When we went to see the storage we were greeted by an older gentleman. He was really nice, friendly and took us for a ride on the cart to the storage. Explained the process really well, showed us the ways to get in and out. Instructions on how to pay online etc. Overall service was excellent. Highly recommended. The location is very convenient to get in and out of the motorway.
