This picture framer has good options and uses the best materials for protecting your art.

I bought a neckless last December. The sales person told me it is silver. I especially asked about the material because I am allergic to fake jewelry. Well, it turned out to be fake silver, because my body reacted to it. After some research, I found out it may be nickel/copper with a silver coating. Very disappointing...

This is the third time we have visited this premises, we asked for some advice on mounting an original piece and received a very unhelpful bordering on rude response. Appalling customer service...absolutely no idea how to treat customers! We have a large number of original art works some in need of reframing but Magma will never get our business.

I wish i could give zero stars! After shopping here approx 3 years ago & having someone serve us who was enthusiastic about our art piece & knowledgable about what framing would suit making the whole experience quick & enjoyable I was so disappointed to have the worst experience today. Took in a piece for framing & the service was hurry up, make up your mind, these are your choices, no helpful suggestions just rail roaded to make a decision and dont you dare get the colour card frames out of order & finally when u ask for another colour choice to compare you get told you’ve been here too long!!!! A piece of fun art that has been in my family for generations I should apparently make a rush decision on and frame in orange, yellow & brown after specifically saying I do not like those colours?! Worst experience ever & so damn rude, when we packed up and left she heckled us out of the store! Steer clear, not deserving of anyone’s business.
