From the initial email, to a technical issue a few days into the trip (entirely due to user error) and all the way through to the end of hire, Abby's customer service was fast, clear and caring. The equipment we hired (portacot, pram and car seat) were in such good condition, it didn't even feel as if we'd rented them. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone travelling in the area. Why trust the baggage handlers with all your stuff and try and juggle it all as well as the baby when Rockababy will take care of it all for you!

We hired a portacot from Rockababy Rentals and it was perfect. It came with bedding, a sleeping baby and a little soft toy which my daughter loved. Great communication with Abby and the items were at the front door waiting for us. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. We rented a porta cot for our trip to Queenstown and Wanaka. We collected from Rockababy just a few minutes from the airport.Porta cot was well looked after and showed no signs of previous use.A nice touch is that a bag was also left with blankets, a baby sleeping bag and teddy.Extremely reasonable price and will 100% be using Rockababy again when I’m in NZ.
