Bad experience with the receptionist over the phone when making appointment for my hearing check. I felt very frustrated when they relayed information to confirm appointment over text and they clearly said they will text me to confirm the appointment. However they didn’t confirm the appointment and I had to ring up again. She was very rude and said that they are very busy and haven’t got back to me after the cyclone happened to rebook my appointment. They told me to come in and they will have an available spot for me today. I arrived to my appointment and they said I didn’t have one. Just so frustrating when you have driven all that way to say that there is no appointment available for you. Very disappointing!!!!!
