TANK Shore City Takapuna - Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

Worst place to have tank.The drinks never taste like they should I think they don’t stick to the recipes we ordered 3 different juices and they all tasted the same. Ended up throwing them away. Don’t go to Takapuna tank

Eftpos machine charged us twice, came back next day after being told we could have a free tank, got there and was turned down. Stealing my 21.50 cheers

Waited ages for drinks, the 2 girls working were too busy chatting. One of the girls with gloves on playing on phone, messaging, showing the other girl the messages. Good look.Ordered from the big screen, 2 out of the 3 were out of order. Wont be back to this branch again.

The female who were on morning shift was so rude.It was Monday morning which is not busy. When I approached her saying hello, she ignored me and just was looking at the screen ( probably her cellphone or something). At first I thought she didnt hear me. after I said hello again she looked at me and just pointed out with her fingers the order machine without saying any words!!.I just walked out because her rude and unappropriate manner made me very unpleasant.

this tank always has the worst service, ive been shopping in this mall for years and sometimes ive had to wait up to 15 minutes to be served. one time i even walked across takapuna to the tank on hurstmere road because i was sick of waiting.a while ago as well i ordered something online from their new app. i went to pick it up 25 minutes later and they had no clue about it! i had to wait another 10 minutes for them to faff around and make the thing, when the whole point of the app was to pick it up and go. never using the app again or using this tank again to be fair. deserves a 1 star rating in my opinion.

Came in to collect an online order. It wasn't ready as their online machine was off so they weren't even aware of the order.. the lady firstly blamed it on me, saying it was probably because the payment didn't go through (had confirmation of order being accepted etc), but then admitted it was because their machine wasn't working. Really disappointing especially as they weren't overly busy either.

Came in and ask for a smoothies but ended up with a slushy. There aren't many customers waiting but just look at how disgusting it is. Definitely not recommend

Tank is the WORST!! I love the juice but I go out of my way to boycott this terrible brand. Their online process is painful (don’t even bother - it takes you longer to long in that it does to order). Even though I had signed in it requires you to verify your account more than once which is painful if you have to do it every time you want to order. Wait times in store are bad, and the staff seem sad to be there (seriously - now that the self-serve screens are there, no one acknowledges you as a customer). Stores don’t open on time, depending where you go they s sometimes don’t even bother to open as advertised (the city stores are bad at this). So be careful if you’re travelling specifically to tank as you’ll be disappointed on the odd occasion. It’s so frustrating, I do wish they’d take the time to improve how they show up for Kiwi’s. I passionately dislike their service and feel they don’t deserve your business!
