Newtown Public Library
Accessible by public transport, need vaccine passport as it will be checked by security at the entrance. You can buy recycling bags at this library too. Nice and easy to use place if you want to read, or go online.

While we're in level 2, there is access to books, but kids want to sit. They'll end up sitting in the middle of the floor, which is probably not the desired outcome.

Newtown Public Library
Friendly place where the security guard greets everyone personally. A wide range of people use the library for a wide range of reasons, many of which are unrelated to books. I think it's great that all of these needs are accommodated with no fuss or friction.

This is a great wee library. The only problem is there’s only 4 PCs and a lot of the time they are all being used by Kids playing video games.

Good local library suitable for all ages from kids, students, adults, elderlies. Nearby cafe and eateries makes it even more convenient. The CBD wifi is still not so reliable. A very good place to chill out or relax.
