Excellent experience dealing with the HK Electrical team for a heatpump service/replacement. Great communication with Hemal the whole way through - quick to reply in the evenings which is good for clients, but hope he does take some time out as well!). Service was booked in quicker than expected, and we had Jeremy come to do the work. Unfortunately some years of neglect and a very old machine meant that it would need new parts, but was blown away that Jeremy came back after he'd left as he'd thought of something else to try. Presuming that would have been on unpaid time too as was the end of the day.Ended up opting for a replacement rather than waiting to see if parts were available, and new unit was installed by Ryan just a few days later. This was sooner than we were originally told so expectations exceeded again. Both Ryan and Jeremy were very polite and easy to deal with, ensuring they cleaned up after themselves and answered any questions before leaving.Thanks to Hemal for making the experience so easy and stress-free, can highly recommend this company if you need a friendly team of electricians/heat pump experts!
