Very unprofessional behaviour by the staff. I went in as a uber driver to pick my order, he told me he wont give me my order bcoz i give shop bad review. He started discussing with me how he gave be thumbs down coz i have gave him bad review. Overall very bad experience never going to that shop again for pickup.

Poor customer service on all levels. Untidy with boxes and packaging on the shop floor. No response from management after logging query via email. IMO not worth supporting.In response to your reply....The poor housekeeping and unkempt store was viewed when I visited in July, mate, weeks before lockdown was even announced.The email query was submitted then, I won't bother going through that hassle again, as it seems the response only comes after a bad review, damage control perhaps. Your cashier wouldn't even give his name, though it was on the receipt anyways. Dodgy as. Won't be back.

This is a great liquor store because it is open late at night after all the bottles stores and supermarkets are closed. It is well stocked and you should be able to get almost all that you want.Car parking should be ok and can be directly out front of the shop.

Lovely, friendly customer service. The only negative is that it doesn't have much of a variety of sparking wine but otherwise a great store.

Ordered via Uber eats. Store didn't give whole order to driver. Then only wanted to refund missed or deliver next time we order. We not local and ordered what we needed. Very disappointing. Driver ended up returning to collect and redeliver(he not paid for that).

One rude heavily over opinionated staff member, unfortunately iv encountered him twice giving a bad experience. However from previous visits with other staff very happy and helpful. The shop itself cluttered top to bottom with many delicious refreshing beverages
