My experience with golf warehouse has been exemplary of how a business should operate.I spoke to two different sales people and got the same advice both times. They listened, answered and advised whenever necessary. I felt no pressure or hard sell tactics and feel I was helped into just the right package. I haven't used the clubs as yet but if they are as good as the service I'll be as happy as can be. Thanks to the team at Golf Warehouse.

TL;DR - I was a victim of card fraud after making a purchase from golf warehouse.I called Golf Warehouse as I wanted to add more items to an online order I had already made. The employee I was talking to proposed that I pay over the phone and that he could give me a discount so that I wouldn't be paying for shipping twice.So that's what I did but the money didn't go out immediately from my bank account. I waited a couple more hours before calling and was told that he would do it in a minute. So he had not carried out the transaction immediately as I gave him my card details but instead written it down.Couple of days later, approximately $2k was stolen from my bank account by someone in Auckland who had used my card details to make multiple transactions.

Had a 5wood fitting with Jeevan, was a really good experience as we tried heaps of different head and shafts to fit my game. Love the club and will definitely look to get fitted for more in the future with him and the store.

Nick and the team at Golf Warehouse Albany have been fantastic.I really appreciated that they went out of their way (without asking) to pick up a set of clubs from another branch so I was able to compare different sets at one location.They always go above and beyond what's needed, creating a relaxed environment when trying out clubs and never rushing you to purchase.Great service and help, thanks again!
