The Cheap Car Place Hamilton

This is unacceptable and I'm going to report this place to fair go and call a lawyer for legal advice. Again it won't start. We have spent heaps on it within the short time we have had it. They stated they will not help us but sold it without a warrant so let's see how that goes.

They don't give correct information about car before selling. When you buy and start to use car you will be able to learn problems about car. When you take back car to them it's to late!!. And during selling process they are very kind after you sign papers they are rude and always try to fight. Never buy car from them.

Brought a car from here had to send it back to them a couple of times only for them to say it was fixed in the end had to pay my own mechanic to fix half of the problem and the rest needed to be fix by an auto electrician which the cheap car place wouldn't get it fixed and now they are expecting me to have an unsafe car for me and my kids, spent 10,000 on a car that I can't use and they won't replace it

Don't ever buy a car from this place. Even if your desperate, don't get me wrong customer service is on. But the after math is slack

Bought a car that shouldn't have been on the road. They try to fix problems but only done half the job. Having to spend $5k more to get up to WOF stands. They lied about a lot of things about what they done but didn't do.

Bought a vw touran had a major problem when we got it.But these guys are good to deal with sorted the problem in a professional manner.Thanks guys for your efforts.

Purchased a 2008 Holden commodore sv6, two months later it requires major motor repairs. Just hoping that the warranty insurance comes to our aid.

Very poor service, bought a car on Saturday and my finance company was swift and efficient with the purchase of the car.I was told that the car would be ready on Tuesday, being new to NZ and having work alot of the time I made arrangements to have the car delivered to me.Upon the purchase of the vehicle all the staff was great and friendly but now it seems as though they have the capital for the car there is no sense of urgency to follow through with the deal. A part was ordered for my car on Monday it has only arrived apparently today and the car will only be delivered tomorrow all this I had to run around trying to find out on my own as there has been no communication from the cheap car place about the delay. If I haven't called I wouldn't know where my car is. Last was told that the car will be ready by the end of today. Tried calling as I made arrangements to go and get my car after work and my call has just been left to ring

He was amazing and so very polite and didn’t give up on helping me with finance and finding a vehicle, he was the best and definitely reccomend this company to help find you your car! i would like to show my appreciation for barry! honestly such an amazing worker! very hard working and amazing communication! big ups to you barry! thank you!
