I went into Hedleys book shop the other day and I felt that I received ok customer service after I had entered the shop it took them 5-10 minutes to actually acknowledge that I was their they were too busy doing what they were doing and I feel that if your going to give great customer service to your customers then they should be acknowledged pretty much straight away I have experience in a retail environment. But when one of them did finally say hi and ask if I needed assistance I was happy with the customer service that I received.

Book was ordered online ,3 days later I had recieved it. I was looking around Auckland for this particular book, wasting my time ,in future I will go straight to Hedleys online and order.Many thanks to all at Hedleys along with their choice of courier.Stay safe .

I used the online service. Firstly, the website is very professional, well laid out and a pleasure to use. There is a wide selection of books from different genres. I easily found what I was after. Then the books I ordered came extremely quickly so I am overall very happy and looking forward to making another order soon. Highly recommend.

Fantastic book store! I ordered a book for my friend’s birthday. Due to a courier issue (nothing to do with Hedley’s) my book didn’t arrive. Not only did Hedley’s send me a new book free of charge, they were very prompt in dealing with the issue and did so with the utmost care. I will be a returning customer for sure!
