I have never been to this shop until I ordered something online and went to pick it up. They have a wide variety of tools and other very interesting stuff and well worth a browse. The ordering process was fast , friendly and efficient.

Would not recommend buying from this place as they are selling knock off products advertised under the original brand name. After i received the product i purchased which was a tool belt and supposed to be branded as Kuny's was actually branded as CLC and can be found on other stores for a third of the original price i paid. I was not provided a receipt with the product and have made numerous phone calls to get it sorted but kept getting told the manager was not in. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA SOMEWHERE ELSE SO YOU DONT GET SENT A KNOCK OFF!!!!

The staff have very good product knowledge. I was after clamps for industrial applications. Atuo trial staff found what I was looking forI had them to me the next day. What more could I ask for? Check out thier bargain bench there is good purchases to be made.

I'm 35, I've been buying parts from Autotrail since I was 18, thats 17 years.I've bought both on account for my employer and personally.I've always been treated professionally by staff and in my experience, the staff have always been accurate when recommending or ordering parts.The price is ALWAYS better than elsewhere and I love supporting local business, rather than the Aussie owned competition.Highly recommended this business!
