When we commenced the actual work we discovered other water proofing issues along the way and felt the team at Hydroproof took an honest and best end result attitude without cutting corners. UPDATE - this review applied to the previous ownership only. I cannot comment on the new business (other than to say I appreciated they took the time to respond to the review). I wish them well :)Although they may do an excellent job of waterproofing, unfortunately their customer service is a little lacking. I called and spoke to someone about quoting for a job for us waterproofing a deck, and they asked me to email using the website enquiry... that was 19 days ago and I've sent 2 emails since (and received their auto email response back saying they will be in touch). No response (calls or email) at all. Disappointing - hopefully not typical treatment for people wanting to use their services.
