They had a lovely customer service experience. Chanelle was super helpful and fast to reply. And I ordered Wednesday and it came in by Friday morning !!! Super happy everything looks amazing. I look forward to trialing this brand in comparison to others I have used in the past. Will update a separate review on the product itself later. But 10/10 for great service.*I've tested the product a couple times and so far I'm loving it. I love that the wait period for water contact after treatment is less than most other brands. But the Glue Balm was a game changer! It's seriously easy to work with compared to the regular glues I would normally use. I would definitely recommend giving this brand a go.
