Absolutely useless road workers just ruined a perfect peace of road in whakapara that didn't even need work done to it then you head past hikurangi and the road is terrible like what the heck are these guys doing now state highway one in whakapara is just a strip of potholes absolutely useless buggers hopefully they might have it fixed in the next three years

Fulton Hogan Whangarei unfortunately have the maintenance contract for street lighting on the State Highways between Whangarei and Auckland (possibly further)This company has been extremely difficult to deal with in regards to getting maintenance actually carried out.The excuses range from cost of undertaking maintenance to location not requiring maintenance for such a period" of time.There electrical work is extremely poor and I have touched base with NZTA
