I drove to the top, but you can try the track too. I went straight to a gazebo at the end of the road. I liked the vibe while I was there. It was pretty chill. I think it is a good place to read a book, listening to the music or just contemplate.

Amazing panoramic views of Wellington. A windy, narrow, parked car filled street to access (with parking being at a premium in Wellington).

This car park is one of the two main car parks to the Mt Victoria lookout. It is free to park. The good thing about this car park is that it provides fast and easy access to drive in and out from Lookout Rd.However, I must say that from this car park, the walking distance to the lookout is further than from the other lookout car park, maybe by a few minutes (depending on your walking speed)

Reason why I love Wellington, the view is great at night, something about city lights is so nostalgic. The place to go if your in the area, cant visit wellys without popping into Mt Vic lookout!
