Alex was condescending and rude as we tried to order, the food was great but the service was horrible, wish he was a bit nicer. There was a woman behind the counter in the kitchen who was lovely, she had a big smile on her face and we wish she could've served us instead of Alex.

went thru drive through and ordered a 1/4 pound combo.Was very underwhelming with one piece of lettuce 3 small pieces of pickle and a dab of sauce.No onions at allCome on Wendy’s no onion ??They are not that expensiveshame i won’t be back

Gone down hill no onions .. yet super market sell onions just walk over to countdown they sell you a few kg no problem .The patties had pinky bits in the inside they have never been pink before I wasnt risking itI would say under cooked feed them to sea gulls these were all double beef burgersHad no pickle either so pretty bland burgers spent $70 not happy as we only come here for our takeaways as a family. Staff nice but I dont pay $70 for that .I be making my own from now on the family are put off get alot of stuff for $70 .I would love to hear a response from manger to

Alex was really kind and made sure I was comfortable as it was my first time going to Wendy's, he was very helpful with recommending a delicious burger. I enjoyed the food as well as the amazing customer service. I would confidently recommend Wendy's Hornby for amazing burgers and phenomenal customer service!! I found the burgers much fresher and larger than other restaurants in the industry and actually worth my money!!!

Unable to sell me a burger because they didn't have the ingredients to make a burger, at a burger restaurant. Your supply issues are not my problem. the manager today was unwilling to provide a solution. Went to Carl's junior. Better burgers there anyway! Won't be back again.

Love visiting here when visiting Christchurch......Great burgers, I had the Deluxe Cheeseburger, there was a note advising No Onions due to shortage.....Staff Friendly and they bring the food to your table...will always go back.

ordered and waited about 15 minutes before a server came up to check if we got our order, there were 2 people behind the counter just staring at us, neither of them wanted to check why we had been waiting for 15 minutes, they were too busy talking to each other and walking around in a circle. the girl who served us was absolutely amazing and gave us chips to make up for the wait.

Wasn’t all that hungry so I went fora mates rates $6 cheeseburger deluxe meal, burger small chips and a small drink. Excellent value, fresh tasty burger , a decent amount of chips for a small, I left feeling satisfied. Ticks all box’s for a busy professional on a timeframe.
