Definately one of the poorest Wifi services we've experienced around NZ. Our connection buffered on and off all day and night long when used, and even hot spotting from our cellphone gave us a better level of consistent uninterrupted service without buffering. What made it worse was the fact we only had 24 hours to use the 10GB we purchased which meant we had to purchase more. Never experienced such a poor service that also gave a time limit to use what we paid for. Pathetic. If IKS is the wifi provider, look elsewhere or use your 4G or 5G cellphone, its faster.

I have used their services for many years. Good service overall. Poor accounting practices. I have to check every invoice for uncalled for charges, which they will accept and pass a credit note.

Working for an IT company so I deal with lots of ISPs, I've had lots of bad experiences with the technical side but not with Kiwilink. All new Zealand based and very clever team, Zac (one technician) has always assisted me far and beyond for many customers and services. Always a pleasure to deal with.
