The staff were very helpful.However the Dealer principal needs a lesson on customer relations. Have heard from other customers since also, same. Pity as the only Seadoo agency in Taupo. Great example, unhappy customers will tell 100 of others!!!.

Great service from Kathy who went above and beyond to get us sorted with a new jetski battery

I went in to purchase a new Suzuki outboard from this crowd. I figured they were a small outfit and the customer service would be good. They gave me a trade in quote, phoned and ordered the new motor in my presence and took all my details. I phoned a couple of weeks later and spoke to the same person who told me a motor was arriving on Friday but seemingly couldn't remember who I was or any prior discussions, He then quoted me a price $1000 higher than before. Wow.... what a waste of time. I told him I couldn't deal with service like that and said I was going elsewhere. I phoned around and ended up purchasing and fitting the same motor for $3500 less. Rubbish customer service and I won't go back there. My advise is to ask around and shop around.

Rip offs a soon as you anything from them they charge you for work that doesn’t need to be done and still don’t do it

Duncan was a pleasure to deal with, taking time to run through my new Sea Doo FishPro purchase even spending time enduring my trailer was set up correctly. What a deal, ended up receiving a road cover. Pleasantly surprised!! Would throughly recommend.
