By far one of the slowest McDonalds experiences I’ve had. When we arrived it wasn’t particularly busy however a complete lack of management for the counter service left one girl looking completely lost while everyone could see the orders building up behind her. We waited about 10 minutes for our order to be called despite it sitting there for at least 5 of those. Currently sitting waiting for a couple of sundaes which is taking just as long. Please don’t leave management to those who clearly don’t have the experience to multitask.

Horrible in every aspect lomg weight. Couldn't get my order right. No manners.. person serving my food to me was constantly rearranging her hair.When i said clean your hands she laughed at me.. the shop it's self was horrible staff slipping and sliding everywee. Food all over the place. Didn't even wait for the food..We now drive to the other side of hamilton to get our food. Or burgerfuel. Little more expensive 100% better n everyway

I give them 0 for cleanliness. I went late at night and the floors were greasy with food smeared over them, men's toilet disgusting and no toilet paper. Went past the next day at 10am and everything was exactly the same. Disgusting! No excuses for this, so I notified the authorities. Hopefully something is done so people don't get sick from eating here. That's my only regret, eating here

Visited the store to be ignored by staff. Not busy I think I must have been invisible. The parking area was a mess as well. Found another cafe who greeted me and served me. Not good enough McDonalds.

Bad experience. Bought 2 burger combos in store and one given without any sauce! Bought 2 coffee, one with soy milk with and another with full cream milk. But nothing mentioned in the cup.We found this on our way back and not in situation to drive back up to Frankton.The staff in coffee machine is not even directed on a custom order. This is awful.I'm allergic to full cream milk, that's why chosen soy milk. I didn't use that by anyway. Wasted my money!

The atmosphere depends on what time you visit McDonalds. We went like 8am in the morning. There was hardly anyone and we enjoyed the silence and the playground. I just say that Frankton McDonald is one big complex with plenty of seating available. The playground was empty and our nieces had a blast. There is also a rocket style play slide just outside and the other play side is under the roof. There are multiple stations where you can order and pay for your order. Very easy .... We enjoyed the space and the playground.

Very bad food quality!! Halfway through eating the patty is burnt, and bun was very soggy. My Mc chicken was close to burnt. Strawberry shake was horrible they gave one shake very, very sweet, even my toddler who loves sugar dont want it cause its too sweet. No napkins , No salt on chips.

When traveling through Hamilton and you need a quick fix of MacDonalds and the kids need a break, this is worth stopping. Not a long wait to be served, chips were served warm, returned, and their was no hesitation to replace them.

Friendliest staff, went over and beyond with helping me and my 2 little ones.Indoor playground suitable for confident climbers, not so much for my 1 year old.It's really crowded when there's 5 or more children in the play area - space is limited.Food, as expected.
