Rise Up Fitness
Have been in the Rise Up family for 16 months and loving it - when sessions are finished. Benji puts so much preparation into all of the classes that we get amazing results for the time he has us. Indoor and outdoor both have awesome people to compete, encourage and have fun with.At 59 I did not realise I could be in this shape. I comment to people when asked about Rise Up that all of us who go have a Personal Trainer.Thanks Benji.

Have been with Benji for 18 months now and have absolutely enjoyed everything about Rise Up Fitness. He has created an amazing family environment which caters for all fitness levels and capabilities. With the outdoor and indoor training environments there is something for everyone and flexible training times, its hard to find time. I've met some amazing people and love the encouraging yet competitive environment. Cheers Rise Up!!

Awesome bootcamp and gym sessions. There's something for all fitness levels. I have absolutely loved the 18months I have spent working out with rise up fitness. The first time I have done anything like this and don't regret signing up one bit!! Benji is so supportive and full of knowledge good for a newbie like me. I'm so much fitter, stronger and totaly addicted to my new better lifestyle.
