Homestage Limited

Staged our 3 bed house with Homestage. Staging looked very good. Photos looked very good. Gave the house an upmarket feel when inside.However the 3rd party movers that homestage hire to move furniture let them down. A wall was gouged deeply (into the gib) when furniture was being moved in. No compensation or staging solution offered. Also pick up time was inflexible and customer is left to meet the movers at the house while they use the toilet etc. I would have hired better movers.Communication wasn't adequate, things were missed from what was understood would be provided. One item provided at significant extra cost although delivered in good time. A written list of exactly what was to be provided would have been useful.Living room layout didn't suit the space and not how would normally be set up to live. Buyers comment that the (otherwise large) space seemed small and didn't proceed. Maybe related?Provided outdoor furniture wasn't to the same high standard and added a lot of cost. Better to use your own if possible.The quality of the staging made up for much of this, it really does look good. I would use again, paying attention/insisting on the above I think, which they could easily improve on also with different movers and a list. Hopefully 5 stars next time.

Fleur and Eleanor are not only fabulous ladies but their eye for details that I didn't see are just amazing. It would have cost me a fortune to stage my house myself as I would have had to buy so many knick knacks, furniture, rugs but especially cushions!!! We were complimented by the real estate agents after each open home saying how fantastic the house looked - and the photos! I didn't know our house could look this great.
