These guys are just great. I’m not a professional builder just a spirited amateur, but they treated me with the same respect as any other customer. The quality of the wood is way above what I’ve experienced from your regular DIY outlets. Can’t recommend highly enough.

First time shopping there today and was assisted by Paul, awesome and first class service from him. He definitely knows what he’s doing, but a huge thank you to Paul. Also a great range of products there, will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place as a whole.

Sales are nice and helpful. But their price are quite expensive. I asked the 4x4 post and they qoute for $50 per meter. Bunning is selling for around $15 only

Really bad trade with them on trade me.Won the trade me auction for a packet of timber that was 150 lineal meters short of the advertised amount.They would not replace missing amount, instead offered a refund for the missing meters at a calculated price based on the small price we ended up paying for the packet (well under retail price) which meant that our refund was about $80 for 150 lineal meters.Wasn't upset about the money, more the fact that the act seemed dodgy. Ofcourse, they just said that I was being unreasonable" for apparently not being stupid. Have mentioned to many builders and many have said that these guys aren't good."
