I called up and gave Brandon a part code for an alternator and they put it on order, the same day I came in and paid for it. It arrived the very next day (less than 24 hrs) and Brandon gave me a call to say it was ready for collection. I came in and got it no problem. Will definitely be coming back :)

SUPER RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! not happy had a phone call with someone and im new at the job and couldnt hear them clearly and it was a horrible experience. I was still talking and he hung up on me and when asking questions he wasnt even professional. I would not think they would not be like this even when highly recommended from others.

Aaron has been helping me over the past year or so with absolutely anything I need. 5 stars for his knowledge and speed with anything I ask. I've been told it would take weeks for a part for my truck and this man gets it to me within a day!

Awesome customer service. Came in for a replacement bulb for a front headlight. Karl was fantastic….not only did he give us good advice but he also spent about 45 minutes replacing it. Such a nice guy and we really appreciated his help. He went above and beyond helping us out. Awesome kiwi business. I would highly recommend them. Great job!!!!!

Just wanted to commend the staff down at the Wairau branch. The team are excellent to deal with, have good knowledge and get orders ready as promptly as possible. Best service we have ever had with any supplier to be fair.Great bunch of guys and great service, should have been using you guys long ago. For retail or trade, definitely give these guys a try first.

Outstanding service. They had already closed up for the day but Brandon and the team at Partmaster were still prepared to help us. They had one part in store, and ordered the other to be delivered first thing the next morning for my partner to pick up.By treating us like VIP's for something small they've gained loyal customers who'll be back, and we love telling our friends and family (and even complete strangers online who read reviews like this) about fantastic customer service, excellent product knowledge and great prices.
