I have used WW for over 10 years. All staff are professional, friendly and responsive. I have had no complaints from tenants regarding the way WW manage the property and in fact the opposite where WW go out of their way to work with the tenant to schedule maintenance work, inspections and the like.

We have found Walker Weir Property Management to be highly professional & responsive to our needs as tenants. Samatha, our property manager is friendly, helpful & professional. We appreciate the high level of service.

If you think property managers are greedy these people are the worst .The house leaked & their excuse was they can’t get a roofer in when we complained about the leak & when it came to leave they didn’t even show up for viewings as there was two more months to go so why would they even try to rent the place when there is two more months & during the time it was empty they decided to have it rewired & had the cheek to make us pay for the cleaning when it was a dirty mess when we moved in.. why even bother having property manager anyway ? This gives them to use their over priced handy men who charge $550 to fix something that leaks a month later

We rent with Arvind as our property manager. He has been super professional and a pleasure to deal with.Would highly recommend the company.

I do not really come on here to post reviews but the customer service from this agent was appalling. As a potential renter looking at properties to rent it would be useful if this agency could at least return texts, calls and/or emails. We had arranged a viewing in Kohimarama to visit a property for rent and she responded to my third text detailing a time and day to come to view the place. I sent a further text and email to confirm the viewing details and time. No response. My partner and I were really keen on the house so showed up to the viewing along with at least 8 other groups wanting to view the place to rent. She did not show up nor message anyone that it was cancelled and people were coming from quite a distance. I called her and asked where she is and saying that she cancelled it without notifying anyone. A few people that day were quite annoyed. I messaged her a further three times for my enthusiasm despite the unprofessionalism and still no messages.If your a potential home owner wanting to be represented from them, find an agent that actually responds to messages/ emails and shows punctuality and professionalism within their business. On the plus side, we dodged a bullet, I could only imagine renting a house from them and this is their communication style. 0 stars from me.
