It's a great park which doesn't get muddy/boggy after wet weather. Great surface where I can do some training with very few people walking past ( and probably laughing at my post surgery running")! It's situated only a Sandhill ( being eroded from wave action) away from the Pacific Ocean which I can hear while my heart pumps overtime. The Dunedin Rugby club's club rooms are at the end of the park with lots of parking space. A great place for a 21st or wedding reception with big room
