Myself and flatmate both received text messages today advising we had debt through waka transport. It was 8.69 which i paid. Then I called them and got thru to an indian person who assured me it wasnt a scam. Sounds legit right? LolI called back to confirm but yes, they had my number plate, date of travel, it all checked out. Was a 2021 fine tho which is weird! If you google the 0800 # - they are answering

These people are scammers. Do not pay them anything. They texted me about a non existent debt. Just set your phone to block them.

Scam. Received a text a while ago saying I have a spark debt but I've never used spark in my life. They're not very smart. Continuously will try to call and text you, just block each and every number. Check who the number is by calling them back anonymously (you can Google how to with your provider). Strange how they're only open till 5pm yet they still answer the phone. Must be desperate. I don't believe anything they say.

Hassled with calls reckons I owe a debt of $200 on a buy now payer later scheme but I know for a fact that I've payed it off cause I remember looking at what else I could buy when it's got paid last year, what makes this even more fishy is before I knew what they where calling about, I called them asked who they were and stated they are the correction department. Which is a complete lie. They are 100% a scam company tried to take hard earned money of indivuals don't trust these guys. Block number thanks for reading.

Wouldn't trust these guys. Never heard of these guys before either. I got a text saying a overdue Slingshot account has been referred to Milton Graham. I rung Milton Graham they had none of my details on file? Dodgy much?

Scam operations, have been getting calls, emails and mail sent to me for a debt I am not liable for, can provide no proof of event, but claims is owed money, don’t bother wasting your time on these clowns and their fraudulent activities.Update 5/3 still contacting about debt for debt that I am not owing, getting calls on Saturdays and After 5pm which is not in their company hours, extremely shady stuff.

Rude staff. Difficult to understand as,always a foreign national. Thick accent makes conversation difficult. Several times tried to have simple questions answered, was totally ignored while staff member rattled off his speech from a screen. Was hung up on while on hold . Terrible service. If I can barely understand them...I'm pretty certain they can't understand me . Stop hiring cheap. If u want nz business. ....use nz staff. Sorry if this seems partisan...but I was particularly annoyed at ignorance and inaudible speech.
