Bought here previously got car home window washers didn't work summer so didn't use these till sometime after purchase. How they got a warrant l don't know just annoyed me l won't buy another car from them.But they have cheap cars staff are okay just test window washers ok...Parking a bit of a pain but you will manage.

At first you were doing good but then after the financial part was over yous began to act like children and quite rude.We financed a 2002 Holden rodeo off you for $1299.00 was told on the phone before driving 40 minutes out that no deposit was needed. When we got there yous said we needed a deposit and put a extra $1000 on to the loan.You are very rude and time wasters. You made us drive back and forward when yous we’re installing the gps saying “ come now it’s finished “ then 10 minutes away you say not to come and blahblahblah. 3 days in a row you done this. Then start swearing at us because yous can’t handle our frustrations.The car we bought ended up having a leak from the heater core 2 days later, Gas pump hose spits out gas, transmission started playing up 4 days later and radio wasn’t working like it did during the test drive. Asked for them to fix it and in return was told to go thru insurance for there f”ck ups. Not paying $1000 excess fee. Very disappointed. Never going back.

I didn’t buy a car from here, but just helped out a man who had just bought a car from NZ cars.From what I heard from him, he got completely ripped off. The sales people somehow convinced him that 5k was a good price to pay for a car with faulty windows/ seats. And to top it all off, the reason I found out about this is because the car broke down outside my house with coolant leaking and splattered all over his engine. He had just bought the car 4 days ago.NZ cars ripped him off and are not doing much do help him.Stay away from these people.

Horrible, absolutely horribleIf I could take stars away I would.My sister purchased a car one salesman was nice the other was forceful towards her just wanting her to hurry up.She needed a reliable vehicle to get to and from her medical treatments which are 3 days a week for 4 hours and trips to Waikato hospitalShe purchased a vehicle, 3 days later the car was having problems, jolting forward and pulling back while driving, almost like you were bunny hopping (it was an automatic) notified them 2 days later as it was the weekend and a stat day. The admin team weren't helpful, ringing and emailing to no avail for a month waiting on the owner.Then finally the owner got involved, he lied and said he gave my sister a $2000 discount on the car, which he didn't and refused to pay for the repairs or give the $2000 discount he said he gave her, we tried to negotiate he refused any sort of negotiation even if we towed it to a mechanic of his choice.Even when I told him about the consumer guarantees act about vehicles being safe, of reasonable quality and fit for purpose. Didn't want to knowWe went to the motor vehicle disputes tribunal, to get them to cover the repairs or help towards the cost. We had been notified of a date being set then they finally settled out of court, it took 6 months and a lot of stress and finding alternative transport to get to much needed medical appointments.I have the emails of my conversations with them.Never again BUYERS BEWARE!!!Make sure you have a paper trail so they cant say they it is untrue especially if they have to take them to the tribunal or so they cant say you didn't notify them. This is for all dealerships.I know as I was the person who communicated between this company and my sister and was going through the legal processReply to ownerYes, it was finally settled after 6 months after all your mucking around, your lies and unhelpfulness.Yes and she still has the car, because of a contract as she is obligated to it and she doesn't want to breach it.Also I can leave a review even though it is finally sorted, to make potential customers aware of the types of vehicles and service you and your staff provide to customers once they leave your facility.Further reply to owner 19/7/2021Maybe you should check the quality of the cars,so they don't have problems within the week they were purchased, she was told that there were no problems yet in less that a week there were problems.

I came in and spent $7000 on a Subaru Exiga 2010, the car ended up being faulty and had a chain reaction of problems ever since I drove off that lot. I've currently spent $3000 on it just to fix all it's Issues. They also gave me a fake WoF which I found out the hard way. Don't recommend getting any vehicle from this company at all.

Thank you NZC. Gorjan was real helpful and caring. I’ve bought 7 to 8 cars in my life so far, no one came close to NZC because of their value for the clients. Even after a week, he called me to enquire about how the car is doing. I will recommend NZC if you are looking for a dealer who is true to his words and so does their cars. He was really helpful with the insurance as well. I will come back soon for the Ute.
