Ordered seals through Wallace Heron Ltd in Pukekohe, delivery said to be first this thing next morning, NO SHOW, no idea where they were, No show in the midday delivery either. So drove to Manukau to pick up the seals ourselves. Asked that they matched the sampke, and was assured that they were the correct ones, got back to the workshop only to find they are NOT correct!This means that we cannot run our machine until it's sorted NEXT WEEK.

I went to Seal House today looking for an O ring for a camp stove restoration project I'm working on. The staff at the counter looked at the NRV screw mechanism and proceeded to help me find the right O rings for my little project including double checking compatibility of the rubber with the camp fuel. They were helpful and professional. Thanks folks.

Guy at the counter was useless and rude. Wouldn't even try to find a solution to what I needed. I wouldn't waste your time with this place...sorry Seal House but you may want to speak to your staff about their attitude

Had a leaky water pump in my car. Would cost $400 for a new one. Took the pump to them and they matched it with a perfect sized silicone o-ring, all sorted, no more leak. Thank you.

Counter Staff have the knowledge required to fulfill what a customer needs but their customer service skills needs a lot of improvement. If you’re not interest to work there then choose another job, don’t be disrespectful towards those you choose to talk to. Definitely not coming back. Everyone’s experience will be different, unfortunately mine was bad
