From walking into the store, our conversation with Bruce, to his visit and measure, to the prompt presentation of the quote and the opportunity to take up a cancellation we experienced nothing more than a professional operation that focussed on customer satisfaction at the highest level. The team of layers comprising Bob, Charlie and Rick arrived on time and worked hard to complete the installation with which we are delighted. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience and thank you all very much.

I upgraded the carpet in the living areas to a hybrid floor (Metropol Hybrid 1500 brass oak). I'm delighted with the end result and fall in love with it more and more each day. The product is high quality and the team that installed it did an amazing job. Christine and Bruce are incredibly helpful and lovely to work with. I'm looking forward to Carpet Country replacing the carpet in the bedrooms next.

We enjoy using Carpet Country to buy and install our carpet as the team work starts from the beginning with Christine and Bruce right thru to the Quote and install. Excellent service, very accommodating to my mucking around with colour, product and timeline, Professional and Friendly service. Oh one last think always up for a good laugh.

Bruce and his team supplied and laid the carpets in my new home and to say I am impressed is an understatement - the quality is very good with the fitting also being as high quality. Everyone who comes into my home comments on the carpet as it looks great and feels really nice to walk on.As you will see from the images - it was by no means and easy job!

Carpet Country were so helpful and accommodating!The removal and laying of the new carpet only took 4.5 hours and they looked after our new kitten!The layers were really nice guys and I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the whole experience.
