Bad service we experienced today 12th April 2023 at 1715hrs Takapuna branch. We supposed to order Straw and Berries and Avo Cuddles with pearls add on each but ended up with straw berries and brown Pearl Yoghurt without any toppings at all. Though we complained she just completely ignore us and trying to defend of what she believed we ordered. So we ended up living the store with the ones she made. Completely disappointed. Not coming back anymore.

Just wow, now I finally get it why there is always a queue outside the store in queens street. Tried it for the first time in Takapuna and now we as a family as keen to try out the other flavors.Service could certainly be a lot better though right from making the customer wait for a while to even order when we were the only ones waiting to order (a simple acknowledgment would have been fine). Also the time to make the item is slightly long (about 20 min)

Place was dainty white, not much happening just before lunch on a Saturday. Service was quick, the yogurt purple rice is a must try. Will come back to taste more.

Brown pearl is so good. Love to all the flavours. Our family favourite.

Better than the queen street store in quality of the drinks and having areas to dine in.My go to is the Rice Mango Romance". At this store there was more fresh sticky rice and more generous portions of mango."

Placed an order online before so that I can just collect it after work just to end up still waiting when I got there as it wasn't prepared. Then next visited sat night, store wasn't busy at all. Waited 10-15mins, noticed couple of drinks already prepared so I followed up my order to find out it was missed and not yet made, no apologies or whatsoever. I liked the drink but their process is unorganized, very poor service, wished their staff is more trained.

Place space is nice but the rubbish around the table caught our eyes.The product itself is so tasty. You should try Biscoff!

The drinks here at Yogust are very delicious, and the customer service quite nice. I have come here several times, as I live in the area. My favourite is the purple rice yogurt, the other flavours are ok, but I'd say the classic is always the best. The only problem I have with this store is waiting time and the lack of physical change they have at the store. Almost always there is only one person working at the counter, so the amount of time it takes to get one drink is admireably long considering it's quite simple to make. But I'm not complaining much because the flavour always makes up for it. However, what I am complaining about it the physical cash they have at the store. I visited Yogust just the other day, and I was going to order my usual. I had physical cash back then, so I ordered expecting nothing much. But when I gave them the note, they said that they had no change. So I swapped to a smaller note, which I though they would at least have change to that. But yet again, they said they had no change at all, like they had no physical cash in the store. I ended up walking out barehanded because I was missing 10 cents. What a bummer, because I was really looking forward to the drink too. And I would n't be complaining about this if it only happened once, but this has happened to me two times already. I'm sad to say that I don't think I'll be visiting Yogust much anymore.

I enjoyed the change from a regular milk tea, the yoghurt aspect was unexpectedly delicious. Slightly sour with the sweet. The pearls were still delicious

Run by a single staff so waiting times are inevitable.Decent variety but not that many to make it stand out from neighboring bubble tea stores.Big window along one corner so you can get a lot of sunlight if you choose to sit even indoors.
