Excellent positive receptionists when phoning. Electricians called before arriving, were always on time, were neat and tidy. Electrician was able to communicate well with us, his clients, and was amazingly positive with apprentices. As we were installing a new kitchen we had several visits and many questions which were always answered professionally and positively. A great company to work with.

We needed an electrician urgently because of a power outage and with other contractors on-site needing to continue their work, I was absolutely rapt that BTG had their team respond so quickly. Because of this responsiveness we asked BTG to then complete the rest of the electrical work we needed done a few days later (our poor planning meant we hadn't booked an electrician yet!). But BTG managed to fit this into their schedules as well. The technicians were very pleasant to talk to, helped me to understand what they were doing and why, and gave me options to consider. Absolutely would recommend BTG to others needing Electricians!!

Replaced the old ceramic fuse board with new, fitted new smart light switches, and added new Powerpoint to my office. Great team, punctual and friendly. Left the place tidy and took all the old rubbish away. 10/10

Great team who arranged our ducted heat pump system in our house. We love it and will keep our whole house warm in winter and cool in summer. Latest technology with apps, voice control etc.Thoroughly recommend this business

Have had no issues with BTG Electrical. Alison sends the boys round to do whatever job is needed in good time. The team is always helpful and the TAG testing team are always quick and efficient and reasonably priced.

I had BTG to come out and repair a issue with a Spa, the contact for quotes and appointments where great, they where on time, and the billing app. They had made the whole job so easy, thank's. Great team to deal with.
