Neat and tidy windscreen replacement.Offered courtesy car and left an emergency kit and jellybeans in car. Phones on national system so a few minutes to go through introductions to get to a person . Friendly and informative when did get through.Vehicle ready on time.

I woke up to 5 of my windows smashed in by some vandal rang my insurance company who got onto Smith and Smith within 4 hours they were here picked up the car and within 48hours the car was returned to me the inside of the car had been all vacuumed out like new from all the glass and when they told me the car was ready there had also been a tryre slashed witch they changed for me so all and all excellent service can't fault it

I ended up with a clear glass in my van when the rest of my van had dark windows. Lost all of my privacy. They would not complete the job and get the glass tinted. I complained but it made no difference. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
