If I could rate 0 stars I would GLEN SAVERY who is a agent at this property management absolute rude person in general. Just called him to enquirer about a rental property if it was still available and if their was any viewing times on behalf of my parents he questioned why are my parents not calling him instead of me and I explained they don’t have good English and I would rather talk to him so that I and my parents can understand and communicate with him better and after telling him my brother is doing a course to join the police course he says and I quote ‘ well what the hell is that?’ Is in the the police force or not? Unbelievable how rude can this agent get absolutely disgusting and he then said he can show us the house tomorrow around 10-11 and that time was inconvenient for my parents as they finish at 4 and then he goes and asks what kind of Jobs my parents do? I honestly got offended what is working as a bus driver gonna affect them getting the house they get paid that’s all that matters, we only wanted to view the house and if my parents were interested they would apply but I was so disgusted by his behaviour and how he approached me I told him he was a a****** and that I was not interested in the house anymore and hung up. I called the owner of the property management and told her what happend and she didn’t apologise and seemed like she didn’t care just said thank you for the feedback! You agents need to approach people with respect and stop being so stuck up and rude! Don’t know how you became a agent but you absolutely FAILED the test of being a kind, approachable and RESPECTFUL agent.

After a late response to a rental enquiry (and zero response on another), Glenn phoned me and bombarded me with questions. I was okay to answer until he asked what race my current dodgy landlords are. I was put in an awkward position and tried to move past it, but I didn’t appreciate the clearly racist question.After reading more reviews, it seems that racism and aggressive questioning is his go to.

Helen and Glen are fabulous, and really know their jobs.

They have been our property managers for many years without any troubles!
