Unfortunately not had a great experience with Dom, absolutely hopeless in communication and he has not managed to even clean my car yet. Tried about 6 months ago and didn't turn up to appointments and then did not respond to calls and texts to find out why or reschedule.Saw advertising again recently and booked appointments, these had to be rescheduled due to rain, he did actually turn up on site but it started raining and he said lets go for Wednesday and he would text Tuesday night but didn't, no response to my texts that night about doing it the next day either.This week has been completely fine, have texted a couple of times to see if we can reschedule but still no response.No doubt could get a 5 star review if he bothered to reply to calls and texts but Dom doesn't seem to want too.Disappointing experience and customer service so far, probably can clean cars quite well but who knows!!!I will get this done elsewhere now...
