We have had our Papillon, Abbie at Canine Retreat for 10 days. As she had recently been diagnosed with a heart condition and required regular medication we were worried as to how she would adapt to the kennel routine. Terry was marvellous in both caring for her and keeping us informed of her status.He sent us several emails and and I was able to talk to him by phone. She had settled well with no problems.Thank you Terry

Visiting Nelson for a week I contacted Nicola re having our cairn terrier. I appreciated the quick responses via emails. Having read the previous reviews & updated photos we knew she would be settled & happy. During our visit we were given updated photos on Facebook & texts. Apon picking Molly up she was happy & content. So impressed with their facilities and very caring staff. Highly recommend this facility and we will be back.

All our small dogs very happy to go here and happy when we pick them up too. They are well catered for and it's good to know they're happy while you're away
