Used to get their chicken tandoori back in 2021 which were good portion and sizes for $2.50 per piece. Order the same recently expecting the same and was hugely disappointed. Paid $3.50 for nugget size portions. The chicken tasted old as well. Poor service

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!Spice Traders @The Base, was our favourite dining spot until last time. We did a telephone take-away order and the spice-trader person on call told us to come within 10-15 minutes. We were on the way but due to some road works on the way, we got bit delayed. When we reached to collect our food, the staff was behaving rudely to us, saying that - Why are you late? I asked you to come within 15 minutes

The Base takeaway order.The butter chicken tasted fine and content was good however the sizes are a ripoff compared to other Indian Restaurants.Had to ask for an upsize in order to get the same size and then it was $8 (40%)more expensive than other outlets. Take out size should be standardised across outlets so consumers know what they are getting.This shop uses the twin packs where others use the singles that are almost twice the size.

South Indian food is alright but your Sambhar is tasteless and watery without any veggies in it as Sambhar is blend of nore veggies than just onions and tomatoes. Even the tomato chutni was kinda sweet, coconut chutni wasn't fresh.

Went there at lunch time. We ordered chicken biryani, idli, and masala dosa. Excellent food and I got very good service from the lovely guys behind the counter. I would recommend and I will be coming here again. Keep up the great work guys!

My boyfriend and I ate here and he got food poisoning from the meat there. There was only 2 pieces of chicken in the whole butter chicken meal I had bought and it was dry and horrible. Do not recommend. Prices are ridiculous too, especially for what you’re getting.

Unfortunately there is no option for zero rating.Worst customer service. I ordered a chicken Kathi roll & they denied to cut it into two halves. They just want the customers to pay them extra. The guy on the counter said boss has said no to cut it into two halves. You guys should improvise on your customer service. The basic fact is if you cut it into two halves, customer’s won’t have to forcefully buy more from you. Instead it will increase your sales because of good customer service.You have just lost a regular customer today.
