Big pet store with heaps of food and toys for your pets. Staff were friendly and someone even asked if I needed any help. The place was also very clean. No animals to actually look at though except for gold fish. Some of the items there were also quite expensive compared to other let stores.

Staff seemed more interested in what each other were doing around the shop, than helping me.I was greeted ok, but it was extremely obvious that the girl serving me wasn't interested in helping me, she got impatient and I'm pretty sure she just grabbed the most expensive flea treatment in the end. I should have gone to the Natural Pet Shop.

Staff should be more mindful of what they are say amongst themselves in front of customers, and save it for the staffroom....it doesn't give a very professional or friendly vibe. I have experienced this a few times, and it's very off putting

Have always used Maidstone vets cattery for past several years. They are closing this part down January 2023 so we used this weekend for our 2 boys for their stay while we had another sports tournament.Absolutely very happy with the level of care and accommodation for cats we will differently be using again in the near future
