I couldn't get anyone to help me. I stood at the front desk for 5 minutes while somebody talked on the phone right in front of me and another worker came in and out and left without acknowledging me. I guess they've got enough business which is good because they won't be getting mine.I appreciate the apology and the invitation; however, I no longer live in the area, but would take you up on the offer for getting coffee otherwise. I know a five minute wait seems unfair to complain about, but my time is also valuable to me. After all, it costs nothing to look up from a phone call and mouth the words I'll be with you in a minute" or for a store employee to stop and ask "Have you been helped?" It's customer service 101

Bit baffled as to what happened and pretty fluid organisation but essentially got home and the issue was resovled even if it took longer than expected.I think this place provides quality work at quality prices.

Wow. (That's the best opening line I've got.)Scott gave me personal, beyond-the-call-of-duty service on what was a small purchase. This is what real service looks like. Personally delivered to an RD address, just because the courier didn't deliver on time.Thankyou Scott: I will not forget this.

These guys are the best, they are so flexible and always help me out when I need it. 2 occasions I have called asking for urgent help and they have helped me no questions asked and done such an awesome job. They are just really honest and community based people. Highly recommend!
