We waited for half an hour to be serviced... when orders were ready for waiting customers girl didn't even say I will be with you in a minute no one acknowledge us... was so rude. .. we walked out and went next door to McDonald's and got serviced straight away and they were busy too. ... shocking service....

When we visited they were dealing with a pretty substantial leak in the roof due to the horrific rain that was happening, despite this challenge the staff were amazing in helping us in store and the big lines in the drive through. Go team! We ordered our usual meals and they were great.

absolutely discusting lack of service, waited half an hour at counter, no one could even acknowledge us waiting, walked out with a number of other customers, went next door to McDonalds and received far better service. Shame on you Whanganui Burger King

Hasnt had the icecream machine going for some time at less 2 monthsSo when you order the value deal your choice you normally get is nuggets or sundae,I am a regular customer cause of the deals its value for money when it comes to takeaways, and im sure the year before had trouble with icecream machine,It is the summer team and icecream draws me to McDz
