4 of them behind the counter yet one person serving over 10 people in a queue. Management needs to look into this. Unnecessary delay

Excellent service. The posted exchange rate is what you pay - no hidden fees. They didn’t have one of the currencies I wanted, so the llady gave me details for their online service with a click and collect option. Very easy.

It was a bit of a wait to get things done but it was understandable given that I had to do a bit of paperwork and it's fairly busy. I enjoyed chatting with the lady behind the counter, so friendly. I would go back and I would also recommend the place. As with almost anything these days, you need a little patience.

Drove two hours into town to get my money exchanged as the website said this is the place to go and that it was open. Get to the shop and a sign on the door says closed, so I read the hours on the door n it said it was meant to be open, very disappointing, definitely won’t ever be going there again.

Does not answer phone and when I was called back and travelled into store they were closed for 30 minutes mid morning. Obviously understaffed.Disappointing.

Sent some money over to an Indian bank account which never got there. Tracking after a month and half updated to not delivered and to collect the money from the No1 currency centre place which we went to do and staff checked the system said what we are saying is not right and the receiver in India need to visit the western union place to collect it. We told the staff that we never sent the money to be collected and it was meant to go to a bank account. Finally when we showed him tracking he gave us our refund. It’s bad enough service to not have money sent to someone it was meant to be but on top of that trying to give run around for a customer is worst you can do.

Two efficient and pleasant ladies provide efficient and excellent service as we observed waiting in line. The lady who dealt with us explained to me in detail how to use the online service to sell Australian Dollars and get the best possible rates. Patient and cheerful with good customer skills. Thank you for your service and the best rates in town.

Thought I was going to die of old age waiting here! Again!

Sent my brother in nz some money for his birthday from australia, but the staff member there wouldn't release the money to him because we didn't include his middle name, which the website itself says its optional and you dont need to do it. Despite having all identification, track numbers and all required evidence, he still wouldn't release my brothers money. I think this guy is fraudulent, and will try take your money any way he is able. If you want a difficult, stressful experience of transferring money, this business and its staff are who you want to go see.

Eliza is the best and the gym guy with the muscles. Cool service from them. The others were professional and meh.. Got all the good rates for exchanging foreign cash to NZD. Handy western union too, instead of a South Asian food grocery store, which can get awkward. Best rates for currency exchange. Keep away from Moneygram (dodgy) and traveled (added fees). On the right coming in from the Victoria St East entrance of Centre Place. In and out.
